If you are unhappy with any aspect of our pharmacy service, please let us know. We will listen to your concerns, investigate the matter thoroughly and do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.​ Our Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist are available to help and will be happy to discuss your concerns with you.

We also welcome your comments, suggestions and feedback about the services we provide. Your feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can make improvements.

We operate a complaints procedure in line with the NHS arrangements for handling complaints. If you would like to make a formal complaint, our Pharmacy Team can explain the process and provide further information.
